Form builder is an amazing form processor that allows you to process multiple forms located on different websites and store them all in one database. Can be used for creating lead generating landing pages for Pay Per Click campaigns or for a simple form processor for your website. Very easy to install and comes with the ability to create unlimited client accounts for logging in and accessing the forms or leads. You must have a Linux Server running PHP MySQL. Simply unzip the zip file and upload the root or sub folder on your server. Once you have uploaded it then you will go the url path it is located ie; www.mywebsite.com/formbuilder. You will need to create and empty database for the application using your cpanel or plesk control panel that is provided by your hosting company. Once you have access the web page that the form builder is located it will then prompt you with a step by step list of instructions to install the application. You will need you database information during this phase so be sure and write your user name and password down.
